The second song on the soundtrack of Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai was Bandeya.
If the three
tracks from the film in my collection were arranged in the descending order of
their durations, it would be the first – it was four minutes and 46 seconds
long.
That track was a
solo – it was rendered by none other than Sonu Nigam.
The involvement of
Sangeet Haldipur in the song wasn’t restricted to writing it (with Garima Obrah),
but he was also one of the two men who composed it – the other was his brother,
Siddharth Haldipur.
