If the six songs from Shabaash Mithu in my collection were arranged in the alphabetical order, Fateh – which could be translated to, “Victory” – would be the second.
And if they were
arranged in the ascending order of their durations, it would be the first – it
was just a couple of minutes and 28 seconds long.
The involvement of
Charan in the song wasn’t restricted to composing it (with Salvage Audio
Collective) and writing it, but he also happened to be one of the two men who
lent their voices to it.
The other was
Romy.
