If the four songs on the soundtrack of Ae Watan Mere Watan were arranged in the alphabetical order, Dua E Azaadi would be the second.
And if they were arranged in the descending order of
their durations, it would be the second – it was half-a-dozen minutes and 17
seconds long.
It was the second contribution of lyricist Darab
Farooqui to the soundtrack of the film.
Javed Ali, Swaroop Kumar, and Shashi were the three people
who lent their voices to the song, which was one of the two contributions of
composer Shashi Suman to it.
