The subject of this post is the 1,000th post on the playlist titled The Twenty20s: Songs Aplenty.
It is the only playlist in my collection that has
entered the four-digit mark.
The song – O Ri Chiraiya – was one of the two
Mriganka Bhattacharjya solos on the soundtrack of Yaariyan 2.
If the 19 songs on the soundtrack of the film were
arranged in the descending order, it would be the sixth – it was four minutes
and 43 seconds long.
The man who wrote the song was Swanand Kirkire.
And it was composed by Ram Sampath.
