(Jub)Indeed, the nation was first

Desh Pehle meant “Country first”.

It was the first song from Main Atal Hoon to release – it released on Christmas Day of 2023 (incidentally, Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s 99^th birth anniversary too).

But it was the second if the four tracks from the film in my collection were arranged in the alphabetical order.

Jubin Nautiyal sang the Payal Dev composition, which was three minutes and 24 seconds long.

Vajpayee was a noted poet as well.

So, only one of the best in the business could pen it.

Therefore, Manoj Muntashir Shukla was entrusted with that task.
