As far as the singers were concerned, the last two songs on the soundtrack of Safed were the best.
Incidentally, both of them began with
R.
If they were arranged in the
alphabetical order, as well as in the ascending order of their durations, Rang
Rasiya would be the penultimate one – it was three minutes and a dozen
seconds long.
That track happened to be the only
female solo on the soundtrack of the film – it was rendered by none other than
Shilpa Rao.
Mahima Bhardwaj wrote the song, which
was composed by Shashi Suman.
