If the five songs on the soundtrack of Mast Mein Rehne Ka were arranged in the alphabetical order, Kabhi Kabhi Zindagi would be the third.

And if they were arranged in the descending order of their durations, it would be the first – it was four minutes and 54 seconds long.

In fact, it was the only song from the film in my collection that was over four minutes long.

While Vijay Maurya wrote the song, another Vijay (Prakash) rendered it.

But the composer’s name wasn’t Vijay – it was Shailendra Barve’s second contribution to the soundtrack.
